Chris was formerly a partner with the highly respected 600 plus attorney national law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl. With over 37 years of experience, he focuses on solving a client's business and personal legal issues.

Chris is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida and maintains clients in both states. 

​

His undergraduate degree in accounting and work at an accounting firm helped him create a foundation for practical understanding of business issues.  This, along with serving as an executive with a family owned natural food company helps him create sound business oriented legal solutions that are comprehensive and creative.

Chris is a good listener, intuitive problem solver and intelligent lawyer.

Chris has extensive corporate and transactional experience in representing publicly and privately held buyers and sellers in mergers, asset acquisitions, divestitures, stock purchase transactions and corporate finance. His practice also includes negotiating economic development incentive agreements on behalf of clients and the formation of captive insurance companies.
 

Chris has previous experience with a Big Four Public Accounting Firm and a Fortune 300 diversified manufacturing company in the tax practice area.

Chris has additional experience in estate planning, real estate transactions, tax compliance, planning and controversies, contract negotiations, women and minority business certifications, explosive licensing, product recalls, vendor applications, food regulatory matters.

Chris has also served on the board of directors of a specialty commercial finance company and a Cincinnati based mutual fund. Chris commits himself to being involved in the Cincinnati community, serves on the board of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and served as the orchestra's outside legal counsel.

 

Chris also currently serves as general counsel to a multi-family office.
